Refund & Cancellation Policy

Indian Dance Carnival

At Indian Dance Carnival, we strive to provide a transparent and fair registration process for all participants.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once a registration is completed and payment is successfully processed, participants cannot cancel their registration.
No cancellations are allowed from the participant’s side under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only if the event is cancelled by the organisers due to unavoidable reasons such as:

  • Government regulations
  • Natural calamities
  • Force majeure situations
  • Any technical or administrative issues from the organiser’s side

If the event is cancelled by the organisers:

  • The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days
  • Applicable payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted

3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Participant unable to attend the event
  • Change of personal plans
  • Medical reasons
  • Travel issues
  • Disqualification or non-selection
  • Event postponement or rescheduling

4. Event Postponement

In case the event is postponed or rescheduled, the registration will remain valid for the revised date, and no refund will be issued.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a participant makes a duplicate payment due to a technical error, they must inform us within 48 hours with payment proof.
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
